I am a fully qualified, experienced psychotherapist with over 30 years in practice and 25 years as a practicing holistic therapist. I provide psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and mindfulness support via Zoom to help with a range of mental health issues. I have experience supporting both adults and children of all ages in the UK and around the world.
You might feel like something specific is holding you back in life and need a helping hand. Together, and in a way that is comfortable for you, we will use a combination of psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, and mindfulness to come up with a bespoke treatment plan that helps you reach a better place.
